Pandan cake is a soft fluffy cake that originated in Indonesia. It is characterised by the bright green colour of the inside of the cake. This colour is caused by the addition of pandan leaf juice.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, plastic emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), rice agent sodium bicarbonate, stabiliser sodium acid pyrophosphate, natural, identical pandan flavour, colours E102, E133.
