Ragi Tape manis are white wine-making spheres – flat oval shapes. In Indonesian cuisine used to make snacks with fermented glutinous rice or cassava, black sticky ketan rice. The taste of the tape is dependent on time of fermentation and results in a sweet taste with an alcohol of 5 to 10%.
