Ayam kecap or ayam masak kicap is an Asian chicken dish poached or simmered in sweet soy sauce commonly found in Asian cuisine, Malaysia and Singapore.
Ingredients : shallots (25%), garlic (15%), vegetable oil, chilli (12%), sweet soy sauce (10%), sugar ginger, salt, pepper (3%)
