Opor ayam is an Indonesian dish from Central Java consisting of chicken cooked in coconut milk. The spice mixture includes galangal, lemongrass, cinnamon, tamarind juice, palm sugar, coriander, cumin, candlenut, garlic, shallot, and pepper.
