The method of cooking instant fried rice noodles of Burung Layang Terbang is similar to that of instant fried noodles in general:
Blanch the rice noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Combine the seasoning, oil, soya sauce and chilli sauce into a plate.
Drain the rice noodles, then mix them into the spice mixture on the plate. Stir until evenly distributed.
The rice noodles are ready to serve.
Composition :
Rice noodles : Wheat flour, salt, and water.
Seasoning : Chicken flavouring, flavour enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), garlic powder, pepper powder, sugar, and salt.
Oil Vegetable oil and shallots.
Sweet soy sauce Sugar, soya, water, and salt.
Chilli Sauce : Chilli, sugar, water, salt, starch, garlic, vinegar, flavour enhancer Monosodium Glutamate, and preservative (Sodium Benzoate).
