Putu Ayu is a traditional Indonesian snack with a soft and fluffy texture similar to Kuih Bahulu. Also sometimes known as Putri Ayu, each individual treat is topped with a rich and slightly salted layer of grated coconut which perfectly balances out the sweetness of the steamed pandan cake.
