Mie kocok, is an Indonesian beef noodle soup, specialty of Bandung city, West Java. The dish consists of noodles served in rich beef consommé soup, kikil, bean sprouts and bakso, kaffir lime juice, and sprinkled with sliced fresh celery, scallion and fried shallot. Some recipes might add beef tripe.
Ingredients : Noodles: wheat flour, vegetable oil, tapioca flour, salt, acidity regulator, pentabil, minerals,Herbs: salt, sugar, flavor enhancers, synthetic beef flavor, garlic powder, ground pepper, shallot powder, natural dye caramel I, celery powder and vitamins, chili powder. Oil: vegetable oil and shallots. Supplement: dry vegetables.
