Indomie is a brand of instant noodle produced by the Indonesian company Indofood. Indofood itself is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories. Over 15 billion packets of Indomie are produced annually. Indomie is also exported to more than 90 countries around the world.
Ingredients : noodles: wheat flour, vegetable oil, gluten, salt, stabilizer (vegetable and phosphate), acidity regulator, mineral (iron), antioxidant TBHQ and synthetic dye tartrazine CI 19140; Herbs: sugar, salt, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium inoinate and guanylate), shallot powder, paprika, synthetic taste of chicken, synthetic flavoring of barbecue (contains milk, disodium 5-ribonucleotide flavor enhancer), vitamins (A, B1, B6, B12, Niacin, Folic acid and Pantolenat); Oil: Vegetable oil and shallots; Chili sauce: Chili, water, sugar, salt, thickener, acidity regulator, spices, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inoinate and guanylate), flavorings (natural and synthetic), preservatives (sodium benzoate and sodium metabisullite); Supplement: chicken meatballs and dry vegetables.
