Noodles: wheat flour, vegetable oil, tapioca starch, salt, stabilisers (vegetable and phosphate), acidity regulator, minerals (iron), antioxidant TBHQ and synthetic colourant tartrazine Cl 19140.
Seasoning: Salt, sugar, seblak synthetic flavouring (contains milk, egg, flavour enhancers dinatrium inosinate and guanylate, antioxidants alpha tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate), flavour enhancer mononatrium glutamate, vegetable thickener, red chilli pieces (0.3%), yeast extract, spring onion, natural colouring caramel I and vitamins (A, B1, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid).
Seasoning Oil: Vegetable oil and seblak seasoning (containing 0.4% red chilli, soybean, alpha antioxidant)
Chilli Powder (1.3%)
Complementary Ingredients: Krupuk (contains shrimp and flavour enhancer mononatrium glutamate)
