Kobe Bumbu Kalasan is made from fresh spices similar to the traditional recipe. Goes well with tofu, tempeh, chicken, squid or boiled egg. Simply coat the material with the spices powder. Add one cup of water and cook until water evaporates. Fry in oil until fragrant and yellow.
