Gadogado is an Indonesian vegetable dish, which is mainly known in the Netherlands and Suriname as the dish of the Chinese-Indonesian restaurant. As such, it’s a mix of vegetables with fried egg, a scoop of peanut sauce, and crumbled prawn crackers. It is served with white rice or lontong.
