Rendang is a dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia.
Beef rendang is slowly cooked to allow the meat to absorb all the spices and become tender.
Rendang is often served with rice, ketupat (a compressed rice cake) and lemang (glutinous rice barbecued in bamboo tubes) in Indonesia.
Ingredients : Chili, Lemon Grass, Candle nuts, shallots, garlic, greater galangal, salt, vegetables oil, cloves, flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate (E621) and Sodium Benzoate Preservative E211).
