Coconut sugar or better known as Java Sugar is a sugar made from coconut nira ingredients. To make coconut sugar, coconut nira is filtered first, then boiled. Coconut sugar cannot be replaced by other sugars in recipes, because it has a peculiarity of aroma, minerals, and taste.
