Satay is originally an Indonesian and Malaysian dish, consisting of three or more pieces of roasted meat on a thin wooden skewer, usually made of bamboo. The Indonesian name for it is sate (sometimes also sateh or satai ). In Malaysia and Singapore, it is often encountered as satay.
Ingredients : kacang tanah (PINDAs) 70%, sugar, salt, lomboks (Spanish red chillies), onions, bawang putih (garlic), vinegar, sunflower oil.
