Nasi Uduk is a Melayu Betawi style rice cooked in coconut milk dish, which originated from Batavia.
Ingredients : shallots (24.1%), garlic (16.5%), vegetable oil, salt, lemongrass (11.2%), galangal (10.8%), lime leaves (6.5%), bay leaves (4%)
DIRECTIONS /
1. Mix Bamboe Spice with coconut milk, stir well.
2.Pour into rice cooker sith all ingredients. Cook in rice cooker, stir twice while cooking to make sure the spiced rice cooks evenly.
3. Serve with your favorite side dish.
