Lamongan is one of the districts in East Java. This area is famous for the concoction of Soto Lamongan which uses the main ingredients of chicken village. It is now known in various regions outside East Java. Generally this soto is sold in carts, tent stalls to restaurants. At first glance Lamongan chicken soto looks like a regular yellow steamed chicken soto.
