Yeast tempeh is a very important seedling its role in the manufacture of tempeh. This yeast contains mushrooms such as Rhizopus Sp. Basically, mushrooms or tempeh yeast are usually obtained from banana leaves of tempeh wrappers. But this traditional method is not able to answer the production of tempeh on a large scale.
