Fried empal is processed from beef. Beef is cooked and then cut into pieces and cooked again with boiled water. Added herbs, spices and flavorings. Boil slowly until the water shrinks and the seasoning soaks in the meat.
Ingredients : Garlic (25%), sugar, salt, galangal, tamarind, coriander (8%), cumin, lemongrass (3%), lime leaves (2%).
