Hunkwe flour is a food ingredient that is commonly consumed by Indonesian people to make several food preparations. This hunkwe flour comes from the essence of green beans. Hunkwe flour is also known as green bean starch and green bean flour. Hunkwe flour has a white color and is usually sold in packs of cylindrical paper about 18 cm long. This flour will give off a fragrant aroma and clear color when cooked with a very chewy texture like flour in general.
