Ingredients :
Shallot, Garlic, Chilli, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coriander Seed, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare 300 g chicken cutlets, ½ jar (115 g) of this seasoning paste, 1000 ml water, & 130 ml instant coconut milk OR 1200 ml coconut milk made from ½ (200 g) grated coconut.
- Cook all of the ingredients using low flame. Stir frequently until the meat is tender.
- Add water as needed. Final portion is about 1 liter.
Serving Suggestion :
- For 4-5 pax.
- Serve with vermicelli, bean sprouts, chicken shred, boiled eggs, basil leaves, and lime juice.
- Sprinkle with melinjo chips.
