Selasih seeds are dried seeds that come from the Thai basil. Selasih seeds are small black seeds that turn into a kind of frog dil when soaked. Soaking is preferably at least 30 minutes in advance. Selasih seeds are usually used in drinks (among other things dawet) or desserts, the seeds have a neutral taste.
